how long it take I-90 process if the card is lost , and never received after approval

09/1994 approved asylum
I-485 approved on January 6, 2006 then welcome letter in the mail. But never got green card the plastic card.
Then I got this email.
"Our last written notice in this case was returned as undeliverable by the post office on January 23, 2006".
I call them and they ask me to file I-90. Feb 20. Filed I-90 March 1,06. So far no reply.
how long it take I-90 process if the card is lost , and never received.

Aahmed, atleast you received the Welcome Notice. But I was approved on Feb 09 but all I received was the approval letter on 14th & since then no LUD change no Welcome Notice let alone plastic.
What's going on??? Wondering my very efficient IO approved the case but completely forgot the part that he/she needs to order me my plastic in order to complete the job.
You know I just wonder do this IO's go through any pains & sufferings in their life? Guess not cause if so they would have felt the pains & sufferings that we go through in daily life especially with this immigration matters.
It took me 6 long yrs to get the approval (485) & now that I have been approved but still waiting for plastic !!!!! What a pitty !!!!
