How long it is taking to get AP from VSC?

Hi all,

Has any one got Advance parole approved from VSC recently? please share your experience ! I had Filed for AP on 10/31/2003 and I have tickets for next week to travel to India.

Is there any chance to get AP from VSC in 40 Days ??? or I should go ahead and cancel the tickets? please advice.

I have already visited local Boston office, those bastards wouldn't even look at my application for temporary AP.


Is there any rule for interim AP like it is for EAD on 91st day?

I think you bettter cancel your tickets as even if they approve it today, you will not be getting the documents in your hand before you leave.

So decide accordingly.

Look at the time line of AP approval in Oct-Nov. Dec tracker to get an idea....

Is there any difference in the processing time line as far as RENEWAL and NEW AP is concerned?
 
AP at VSC, waiting for almost 4 months!

RD : 07-25-2003
ND : 08-06-2003

nothing yet. this is renewal application.
