Hello. Quick question. My Visa petition is F2A I130. Priority date is september 23 2014. When I can apply for green card?
 
That priority date was current ages ago (like? 3 years ago). Are you maybe a child that aged out into F2B? Or any chance your sponsor moved and didn’t give change of address?
 
No. I missed that date. I know that. My agent said I have to wait now again for my date. My sponsor is my mom. Now iam over 21
 
Ok, so then the next important question is what country you are from, because F2B differs markedly for certain countries. For most countries the current PD is 1 Jun 2014, which means you would probably only have a few months to wait, but it would be much longer if you were from the Philippines or Mexico.

Thank you for answering. I am from Poland. Could you tell where I can check what date is now priority and how often they change
 
You need table A to be current to get a visa if you are not currently residing in the US. (Table B is relevant to those adjusting status.)

Are you in the US? On what status?
The dates change when they change, there is practically a cottage industry on guessing that. It depends on how many visa applications actually get pursued each month vs the fiscal year quota, and how close to fiscal year end they are.

Well if you’re in Poland then table A matters.
(You can’t enter the US on a visitor status intending to adjust status by the way, not sure if you are thinking about trying to do that from what you say, that’s immigration fraud. As a F2B you are not an immediate relative so that can have serious consequences.)
