How long is the DS 230 application process at St.Louis???

Hi,

I am a Canadian PR submitting packet 3 to St.Louis NVC very soon. My final interview is going to be at Montreal US Consulate. Can anyone let me know how long is the current processing time for packet 3.

Usually 2 to 3 weeks in St Louis and then 3 to 4 weeks in NVC New Hampshire. Then case is forwarded to consulate. Time in consulate varies depending on visa availability.
 
Need an advice about Form I 134, Please....

About the affidavit of support (I 134), my lawyer is not sure if we have to send it or not along with Packet 3.
He said he will find out. Can anyone please tell me if we MUST send it along with packet 3 application. I have my wife as my dependent applicant.
 
No...it is for your final interview at consulate.

You would only send the following the doc\'s nothing else...

1>.Bar coded letter
2>.DS-230 PART-I ( for you and your wife as well )
3>.Money order for $260.00 per person( you can take one money order for both of you )

Also, what about DS 230 Part II. The information kit says to send both Part I and II of DS 230. Part II without signing.
 
NVC, St.Louis mailing for Packet 3, Please....

I did not get the envelope with NVC address along with my kit. I will be asking my lawyer for the mailing address.

Can anyone give me the complete mailing address of NVC, St.Louis so that I can cross check.
 
Well...My kit doesn\'t said that, calling NVC is your best bet.

I am very sure that DS-230 Part-II is for the interview.
