How long is the AP approval taking

Hi,

I'm getting ready to apply for my 3rd Advance Parole. My current one is expiring in Jan 2004.

Does anyone know how long does it take to get AP approval these days? Should I apply now or should I wait till January. My ND is March 13, 2002.
