I responsed to RFE for my EB1-OR petition on 8/11/03 at CSC. From the BCIS online status, it is said it will take 125 and 60 days to process such case. It seemed several people in this forum got the decision within a month or even a week. Is the minimum processing time online not always true? Anyone in the similar situation?
