How long is needed to get I-140 approved by LC/RIR?

INS recevied my application on 10/23/02, they requested a copy of my diploma on 11/27/02, They received it on 12/5/02. My application was approved ON 12/10/02. I was really surprised becasue the recepit said that it would take 180 days.

What was your notice date for the applications,Mine received date is 10/24/02 (one after your application) and ND was 11/13/02,still haven't heard anything on my 140 case.I filed concurrently under EB3/nonrir

please share your information also please let me know your receipt number(less last 3 digits of the receipt #),will give me an idea what dates applications are getting processed at NSC.

Did you receive your I-140 approval now? My RD is 01-Nov-02 and ND is 21-Nov-02 filed concurrently under EB3/RIR.

Still haven't heard anything.

I have still not heard anything yet on my I-140.I filed concurrently (140/485/ead/ap)under EB3/Non-rir with RD 24 oct 02 and ND of 13 Nov 02.

Dear Rakesh,
Can you tell how long INS takes to reject a case after they receive our response to the query?
My RFE rsponse was received by INS on november 27th.All of a sudden I get the message on december 26th that
Our last written notice in this case was returned as undeliverable by the post office.
What do you think of the words Our last written notice.
Can you give your email address so that I can write to you?
 
:) my i-140 approved on december 11th but it was not updated in the system,got the news from my attorney .good luck everybody!
