how long is it taking to get receipts nowadays?

My lawyer says that she filed my 140 on oct 24th. still have not heard anything about the receipt notice?

any one in a similar situation?
 
It takes long . . .

It took one month between the receipt date and notice date and maybe a few weeks for it to be mailed out to your lawyer . . .
 
before christmas definitely...

but u never know...with the holiday season around the corner... keep ur finger crossed... good luck
