My mom's I130 is approved, but my dad's application is just showing last updated on 2/13, but is still pending. I received the package from NVC for my mother's application.
I want to submit the next stage of documents to NVC for both parents at the same time, so they can get same interview date, medical exam etc.
How long can I hold off and not send the response to NVC for my mother's approved I130?
