How long immigration process can take ? which office has faster process

I am planning to apply for Immigration to Canada, which consulate office in USA is faster in process ? ( interviews and all if I have given option ?)

It is simple..all the federal PR applications are done and processed only through the Buffalo Office in NY as far as I can recall.

If you pursue the provincial route, you need to first contact the respective provincial governments to get them to nominate you.
 
No options in USA. All imigration application (Skilled worker) go to Buffalo, NY. Immigration officials decide if you require an interview or not. If required your file is transfered to one of the regional consulates i.e. NY, Detriot, Seattle or LA.

Average time to process Skilled worker immigration takes 20 to 29 months.
