how long IELTS exam valid for (important)

hi all,
thanks for all the info. here.
as i've already mentioned few weeks ago regarding my brother case. i'v made request for shorting two points didn't hear nothing after i made a request to the counselor regarding family relationship paper. and i've asked the same ielts question but havn't heard nothing.

i decided to re-apply as time is passing by...
my brother took test on around oct. 2004 can this still be valid or does he has to take it again.

but i know the police certificates has to be new which i'll do it.

also, can i file everything beside FBI police clearance that will take weeks to get?

would be great to hear.....

I believe the IELTS results are vaild for 2 years from the date taken. Please check the CIC PR application package as it clearly states the IELTS validity date on there.

Yes - you may file without the FBI clearance letters - however please include a note showing proof that you have submitted the forms and are waiting for a response from the FBI. Send it in as soon as you get it and make sure you include your file number so it doesn't get lost/misplaced.
