How long goes it take for 485 in VSC now a days?

Gentlemen,

How long is it taking for 485 now a days in VSC? from the message board, it appears that

people who filed in Mar 2000, are getting it now. Please respond to this, if people who applied
after Mar 2000 are also getting that. Your inputs will help me and many others who are
deciding about CP vs 485

Many filed before mar 2000 are not yet current for eb3. They are all waiting!

Does it make a difference if you are EB-1 or EB-2 or EB-3 (once the PD is current)? I mean, do they have different lines for
different EB\'s (or different countries)?
