I got my EAD last month. However my i-485 is still pending. I have 2 questions
1) What is the typical time from EAD till getting a green card.
Getting your EAD approved has nothing to do with how soon you’ll get your Green Card.
Check your local DO I-485 processing time.
2) Are there any other steps i need to take after recieving my EAD?
1)show it to your current or future employer.
2)eight months from now, if you still haven’t gotten your GC, file for renewal EAD
