how long for the cases in office area???

on 8/29 I called INS. they told me my file is in the approval area, then they moved my file to "office" area for one of the officer to review. Do far I did not hear anything from the AVM. I called INS and they kept telling it will be reivewed shortly. Does anyone know how long will it take for a case sitting in the "office area"? thanks.

On 8/29 they moved my case from "approved area" to "office area"
