How long for prevailing wage determination?

Can someone share their recent experience in determining prevailing wage in California? How long is it taking?

My lawyer said 8-10 weeks. But, if your company has previous PWD for other employee with similar background, they can use it for all pre-process stuffs.
 
In my company (Chicago based) it took 4-5 weeks and after getting prev. wage, the job order was there for 30 days. Now they say they need to wait for another 30 days to show the recruitment effort. Is that true??

Please help. Share your experiences. Thanks.

Yes, anyone knows that by now. Better wait a few days extra even. You don't want the PERM systems to reject you because of 1 day in the end.
