How long for intial review in concurrent filing

For concurrent filing of I-140 (NIW) and I-485 (together with EAD and AP), how long does the Vermont center take for the initial review of I-140 before they process the application for EAD and AP? Thanks.
 
Thanks. I realize my question could have been ambiguous. I was asking for the time they spend on the initial review of I-140, and not the time they take to process the EAD/AP. That is, for how long would they put the I-485/EAD/AP application on hold while they work on ensuring that the I-140 is not a frivolous petition?

Is this still 90 days?
 
is there a similar "screening" of the application if you go for a CP instead of concurrent filing?
