How long for inquiry response @ VSC?

My EAD RD is 2/4/04
RFE issued 6/1/04
RFE response RD 6/18/04
Till now no word from VSC, so lawyer has sent in a formal inquiry to the VSC regarding the case.

Anyone knows how long does VSC take to respond or have similar experiences?
