How long for EAD and I-485 approval

Hello Gurus,
I am applying for I-485 by the end of this week. My I-140 was approved in 2001 August. My Labour was cleared in Dec 2000. My wife is a US citizen. How long it would take for my EAD card and I-485 Approval. I am applying thru EB3 Cat ( india).

Hi,

EAD is taking 30 to 60 days generally for approval. I-485 takes anywhere between 450 to 480 days under employment catogory.

If you are applying through your wife, who is a citizen, under relative 1st preferance catogory, your I-485 is almost instant after your I-130 is approved and after fulfilling certain conditions.
