How long for Approval after RFE received by INS?

Does any one know how long INS takes to approve the case after receiving the RFE response?
I know that there is no standard answer to this question, but any response is appreciated.
(I am waiting for my wife\'s I-485 approval as the RFE response mailed on April 18th).
My Passport has been stamped on April 18th..
