My last FP took place in February '04 and expired a long, long time ago.
I called Texas and spoke to CSR this June, who said my name was in the system and that I should get my FP notice soon. She said she put my name down again and I might get two FP notices.
Nothing came so I contacted Congressman's office to take a look. They were told I was put on the scheduler in June and was waiting on an appointment date.
It's now October and I have received no FP notices. How much longer can I be expected to wait! My wife and kids got their FP's done this year. By the time I get mine done theirs will probably be expired!
I am EB3 India with October '01 priority date. Surely it cannot take four months to give me a FP appointment in Florida.
It's especially galling when I read about many others receiving two notices.
Anybody have any suggestions what I can do to speed this up?
Thanks for staying through my rant.
