How long EAD approval taking now a days??

Guys,
Just wondering how long is manual application for EAD is taking. My wife's 2nd EAD is expiring on 31st December. Appreciate if you guys predict the right time to apply??.
The USCIS is happily sucking my money,time and.......

My 3rd Ead that I applied on 10th of July got approved on 17th of August. Got the card yesterday. Filed paper application.
As you never know how TSC works you should apply about 90 days before it expires.
JMO...

I shall suggest that you should give TSC 90 days (as per their requirement) although normally EAD is being approved in less than two months now a days. But its better not to take chances with TSC.

My observation is upto 45 days. if u are planning for EAD. use 120 days as ppl do normaly, incase of RFE or any other 'unexpected periority Pilot program' .
