Hi,
My Labor Perm was filed on 02/02/2009. Got an audit in December 2009 and reply was sent in Jan 2010. Now DOL site says that they are processing audit cases with PD of Dec 2009. My PD is Feb 2009. So it means they have processed my case. But when i checked with my employer, they told me that it is still in process.

So i am not sure why my case is "in process" as per my employer statement when DOL says they are processing Audit cases with PD of Dec 2009. What can i do in this case?
