How long does the prevailing take?

We sent it on november 22 at DOL New York State. Which is the difference between SWA and DOL?
"We have sent the most recent PWR to NYS Dept of Labor - my lawyer said" is the same with the SWA?

With regards to how long it takes, we had one take 2 months one time! AND we had to call NY to get them to move on it... oy.
Hope you have better luck with NY than we did! :)
