My case details:
RD: 06/27/2001
ND: 08/09/2001
LIN-01-236-XXXXX
Spoke with IIO on 07/23/02 to find out status of my case and was told that it has been assigned to the officer "this week".
Does anybody know how long does it usually take for the I-485 case to stay with the officer before it gets approved/generates RFE/gets transfered to local?
Any experience sharing will be greatly appreciated!
