My lawyer submitted my H-1B case ( current on practical training, EAD) on Feb, 15th, However, I am still waiting for the H1 approval. Has anybody had similar experience? If so, How did you handle the situation? Should I use the rush services? I am little hesitated since I have been waiting for so long.
If my EAD card expires before I get my H-1B, but, my employer agree to hold my pay until my H-1 gets approved and pay me back later. Will that have bad impact if I want to apply for GC later.
