How long does it takes for the Processing center to send the approved I130 papers to NVC for further processing. Please Clarify.
HI my son’s 130 is approved on June 9’th. I got the email confirmations and the hard copy of the approval notice ,But till now the approved case information didnt reach NVC . The officers working at customer service say that they haven’t received the case information yet and the case is not in their system . Is this normal? How long should it take. Please clarify.
