I have been in the Us for nearly seven years now, Married and legally working for six. Everything seemed to being going good during my application for my Green Card, and my lawyer told us that I would qualify for permanent resident soon. My wife and i attended the Interview 4 years ago and the INS guy didn't stamp it as i had a pending DUI case ongoing, I had to show the Court Dissolution after my parole had finished which I did and i am still waiting for a reply, i have since had my new work permit issued and i am beginning to get really frustrated, any ideas, i think 6 years is a little to long
