How many days does it take TSC to issue a case number once after they get the applications?

My documents were disptached over 5 weeks now. No receipt dates/Tracking number issued.

Is there any way to find this out?

I guessed you have to call them to find out. Let me know the result. I called them and they said it takes 30 days. Since my documents has been mailed out only for 2 weeks, so I didn't insist.

My lawyer filed I140 and I485 around 10, Oct. BCIS received on 16. Today I login my bank account to look up check images, I find the two checks I wrote to BCIS were cleared, on the back of the checks, I can see the case No.

BTW, I wrote the checks pay to "BCIS" with no problem.
