How long does it take to review RFE response?

We sent the RFE reply (issued for my wife - complete medical report), and the status now is as follows :

On November XX, 2002, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 365 and 540 days for us to process this kind of case. However, because preliminary processing was complete before we requested the additional material, the remaining processing time for this stage of your case is approximately 540 days. You will receive a written decision on this case.

But the RFE notice said that we should hear from INS in 60 days. Guru's any ideas ?
 
Right now, neither the online status nor the recipt mean anything. All I485 approvals have been frozen, so it could be next week, next month or .... :cool:
 
My RFE response was recieved on October 24th. With the system delays they have my RFE response has not even finished the security checks yet and gone to the officer who requested it. So 2 months for security checks and then another couple of weeks for the INS officer to pick up your case.
I called up the IIO on Friday and got this reply.
