How long does it take to recieve EAD CARD ??

Hello everyone,
In AVM I see the message, EAD approved on Feb15th and they have applied for a new Card !!

It has been a Month now. The Voice Message has not changed nor have I recieved
my Card !!! Is anyone or has anyone been in similar situation ???

HELP !

Our ND is 11/04/2000.
EAD approved on 01/26/2001.
Not received approval letter
or cards yet.
