How long does it take to receive 140 approval notice?

Sorry I have to post this not-485-related question here.

I am in San Jose, California. Two weeks ago I heard over the AVM that my 140 petition has been approved, but my lawyer haven\'t received approval notice. Is that a normal case? Does anyone has similar experience.

Yes sometimes it takes much longer time to receive it

Mine was approved on 29th Jan but my lawyer received it on March 4th...that\'s more than a month..........I still dunno what caused the delay...so don\'t worry you\'ll receive yours soon....meanwhile prepare other things to file for your 485
