How long does it take to get the certified hard copy of PERM LC

Does any guy can give me some inputs how long it took you to receive
the hard copy? I mean from the online status showing "certified"
to the time you or your attorney received the hard copy
from DOL. I am in Chicago center. 9 days now......

I talked with my attorney today. She said she already received my hard copy
last Friday, even before I posted my question here. She just has no time to tell me. ^_*

My PERM filing date 08/05
Certified date: 09/13
Software enginerr/ EB2
I will let u know once i get the hard copy.
 
Is the hard copy of labor certification required to file I-140/I-485 ? Suppose if status on PERM system turns to 'certified' before sep 30th, can this be used to apply for next stage.

Later hard copy can be provided to USCIS at the time of RFE or case amendment?

Any ideas?
