How long does it take to get RFE details.

Hi All,
After 15 months USCIS had issued a RFE on my I-140,dont know the details yet. Can any one please let me know How long does it take to get the RFE datails. Below is the details from the mail,

On February 10, 2005, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or
information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material
is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14
days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National

I got a RFE too on 2/9/05

I see the same message on I-140 and I-485 both.
Looks like they send a querry on both, atleast it sounds they are processing I-140/ I-485 together.

I was issued RFE on Feb 4, 2005. I am still waiting.
