How long does it take to get response of email inquiry

Hi friend,

Please kindly answer this question:

How long does it take for you to get response from CIS for your
email inquiry? It takes me 11 days after I sent my email inquiry on
my 485 status.

Based on my experience it took 2 weeks (15 days) to get response from USCIS.

I140 : RD 03-12-2004. Approved on 01/14/2005.
I485 : RD 03-12-2004. LUD: 06/18/2005 (address change).

you should send your enquiries to CSC-XII.485@dhs.gov and here is a format I got from someone in this forum

My I-485 , Application to Adjust to Permanent Resident Status, was filed on xx/xx/xx. However, I haven't seen any activity on my case since xx/xx/xxxx. I am trying to find out if there has been any updates with respect to my I-485 since then.

Did any of you who is on eb3 send an email to the I-485 email id after July 1st ? What response did you get ?

Did you get a response saying that your name check is pending ?
or
Did they say that numbers are not available ?
