How long does it take to get receipt from CIS?

Mine has been sent out for 3 weeks according to the secretory. I didn't get anything yet. I also want to know if it is normal.

Some of the receipts came within days of the filing, others (concurrent I140/I485) took almost 5 weeks.

(I guess you know that you can find the receipt# on the back of the cancelled check)
