how long does it take to get receipt form INS

Generally how long does it take to get receipt form INS after filing for I 485 on an average.I sent all my papers by overnight FedEx on Feb 21st.when should I expect the receipt?

my 485 application was sent out on 2/6/02. Still havent heard shit from INS. Waiting impatiently !!
