I have applied for the PIO card and also submitted my expired Indian Passport for cancellation/ surrender certificate. It has been more than 3 weeks and I have not heard anything from the consulate. I am wondering how long does it take these days? The website says 4-6 business days.
Any input/experience sharing would be highly appreciated.
