How long does it take to get FP??

Is there an average time period before which we can expect an FP notice?

140/485 - RD 8/27/04.
EAD approved.
AP - RFE 9/13/04.

Read the other threads in this forum and welcome to the randomness of USCIS .
You may get it it a month, two months, 5 months, year or some years

I read the other thread about people who applied in Jan'04 and haven't received their FPs yet. But I wasn't sure if their cases were exceptions, or just normal. Looks like randomness is quite normal at USCIS.
