How long does it take to get AR-11 certified mail return receipt from DHS

It has been more than 2 weeks fince I mailed AR-11.
I have not got retirn receipts yet. I sent my AR-11 to
the regular AR-11 address instead of overnight
commercial delivery address.

I figured that since the address is a P.O. Box,
so no one is there to sign the return receipts
and USPS may not even deliever the letter
instead of they might put a certified mail
notive into DHS P.O Box. The DHS folks
may be too lazy to go to post office
to pick the letter up.

Maybe if one use certified mail to send AR11,
one should use overnight commercial delivery address
even if it is not overnight delivery

I do not remmeber how long for me to get return
receipts last time

Mine took about 2 weeks.

I called USPS and they said they will go to search for it.
If they lost it, I would have to re-send it but that
10 day clause is already broken. I would have to
keep original receipts, USPS loss report, and new
receipts and return receitp for second delivery.

I should videotape all of these. and since
phone conversation with USPS is recorded,
I might need to ask them to send me a tape too
as proof how serious I am in obeying laws.
