How long does it take to get approved after BIO?

I receantly did my biometrecis and i would just like to find out how long does it take to get an approval after Bio Code 3 is completed?Some people say it takes years others say that it take approximatley 60 days? My notification date is July,2003 could their be a possiblity that i receive an approval this year or will i have to wait another year or so? If anyone out there could shed their knowledge on this matter please feel free to do so.

I did my BIO on July 2005 & got approved on 02/09/2006. I think it really varies from case to case.
