Hi, My wife and I sent 485 to TSC in early Jan 2005. Got my receipt two weeks later but never got my wife's. I am the derivative, by the way. Usually how long does it take for TSC to issue 485 receipt? Thank you.
Usually 2-4 weeks, it doesn't matter who is principal. both should get receipt but not necessary same day.
Wait if 30 days passed and still no receipt.
If you submited
Check if check is cashed its good sign and proof.
call customer service. and see what do they say.
If your attorney submited
Attorney would verify that if their check is cashed.
Usualy USCIS don't send duplicate receipt but there would be some way to get receipt no. check old threads using search button and type 'lost receipt' see what u find. contact to those indiiduals
