How long does it take to appove?

Hello all

My I140 (nonconcurrently) is filed on March 27 2003 class EB3. When I checked the processing time it shows me 06/30/03. But still I haven't heard any notice/approval from BCIS. Could anyone please let me know how long does it take to approve?

30 to 360 days..!!!!

Sometime even 500 days... It all depend on your luck and BCIS lottery system.

Make sure where you are checking. VSC is a year off what you quoted. Check your service center and processing dates correctly
