How long does it take DOL to answer a Reconsider Motion
Hello, I applied for my G-Card through Perm and got denied. The reason was due to wrongly mentioned date of advertisement in the application form. My attorney applied a reconsider - motion. He did this on 11/23/2005(with in 30 days).So far there was no communication from DOL.Could any one of you tell me how long does it take to DOL re-open or deny my application after filing re-consider motion?
