How long does it take from requesting hearing --> actual hearing in court --> etc etc

i wonder if the experts here can give some ideas to me.

the over all est. time

from request hearing in Court --> actual hearing in Court --> decision made --> receive the oath letter

however, would the person require to go back to DO to sign paper work between decision made --> receive the oath letter?
