How long does it take from email Welcoming notice to physical card received.

Hi All,

Suprisingly we received the email welcoming notices for both my wife and daughter, but my case, the principal applicant, is still pending. We are schduling an oversea trip, and like to know how long it takes to receive the physical card after the welcoming notice. Thanks.
