How long does it take for the check encashing?

Hi,
My application was received by USCIS on 29th June, so I think it was a narrow hair escape. But, I want to make sure as soon as possible instead of waiting for 485 notice or returned packet. I figure looking at the check encashment would give me this info much quicker. Can anybody tell me how long it takes for the checks to get encashed?

I got mine cashed in 12 days. Filed 6/7, received 6/8. RD 6/9, notice date 6/16. Ck cashed 6/20, received the notice 6/22.

I'm in kinda similar situation. My app was delivered on 6/26/07. Checks for I-485, I-131, I-765 and fingerprinting are not yet cleared from the bank.
