How long does it take for NSC/TSC to issue I-140 receipt notice

Hello Experts,
My attorney had filed for my I-140 on May 21st with Nebraska Service Center, though I live in Texas. So the couple of questions I have are:

1. Is Nebraska Service Center going to send my I-140 application to Texas Service Center?
2. How long does it take for any of the Service Centers to issue the receipt notice, so that I can apply for I-485.
