Is there anyone waiting for the result of I-140 NIW petition from NSC? My petition was received by NSC on Jan 16 and the ND was Jan. 26.
Although I have seen that many I-140 Labor Certification petitions (having similar LIN numbers) were approved recently, I havn\'t heard anything back yet. Is this a bad sign or just common for NIW cases? I would greatly appreciate any information. Thanks.
