My husband is a derivative applicant to my EB-2, whose I-485 was sent about 2 month later than mine in April, 2003 to Vermont center by the lawyer's mistake ( we submitted I-140 and I-485 together in Feb and I-140 was approved in August, 2003). Now his I-485 was already transfered to Baltimore office. How long will be my file transfered or processed?
