How long does it take for EB2 PERM

How long does it take for an EB2 PERM labor processing. My company is filing one for me this week. I have a pending 485 EB3 since 2003. My employer is restarting the process in EB2 track.
Please let me know your suggestions and thoughts.
 
For the Labor Certification itself, the DOL is currently processing cases from November 2008... there has been news of a few December 2008 cases too approved, so you can estimate from that timeframe.
It's impossible to predict what the processing time will be for your case however, especially in light of the economy, as well as the supposed implementation of the new PERM iCert system.

I am currently doing J-1 waiver job and my employer has filed Perm in sep 09, in my favor. At this time how much time will it take to for my perm process. Will I be get a priority date once I get the perm (is Perm and Labor cert. same). Will I be able to file I-140 and 485 once I get the Perm.
